We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with 9+ years of experience in C++, Java, Python strong expertise in OOP, STL, multithreading, debugging, and performance optimization, along with proven leadership experience in driving high-performance software development teams."

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring best practices in design and coding.
  • Design, develop, and optimize applications using C++, Java, and Python.
  • Implement Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD) principles.
  • Utilize Standard Template Library (STL) including containers, algorithms, and iterators.
  • Manage thread creation, synchronization, and concurrency using C++ threading models.
  • Perform debugging with tools such as GDB and analyze performance bottlenecks using profiling tools.
  • Apply strong knowledge of operating systems and device driver fundamentals in software design.
  • Ensure efficient memory management, multi-threading, and code optimization for high-performance systems.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in
    C++, Java, Python

    OOP concepts, STL, and data structures

  • Proficiency in
    multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning

  • Experience with
    debugging and profiling tools
