Role Summary

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring strong visual design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce compelling graphics that support our brand identity, marketing campaigns, and client projects. You should be comfortable working across both digital and print media, collaborating with teams, and adapting to fast-paced project cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually engaging designs for marketing campaigns, social media, email newsletters, web graphics, digital ads, and print materials.
  • Develop original artwork, layouts, infographics, icons, illustrations, and other visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with content writers, marketing strategists, UI/UX designers, and project managers to translate ideas and briefs into polished visuals.
  • Ensure consistency of design assets across all platforms and channels - maintain brand integrity.
  • Revise designs based on feedback and iterate quickly while maintaining high quality.
  • Optimize graphics for different devices and formats (web, mobile, social media, etc.).
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovation.
  • Assist in preparing materials for presentations, pitches, and client deliverables when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency, startup, or marketing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print media.
  • Familiarity with social media design specifications (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics / video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
