Job Summary:
The AutoCAD Designer will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software based on design specifications and project requirements. This role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create 2D and/or 3D drawings using AutoCAD based on project specifications and design briefs.
- Modify existing drawings and designs based on client or engineer feedback.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure accurate technical drawings.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
- Prepare layout plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Organize and maintain drawing files and documentation in a structured format.
- Review drawings for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to standards before submission.
- Coordinate with other departments or vendors as needed for project execution.
- Assist in the development and improvement of CAD standards and processes.
Required Skills :
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and/or 3D as per role requirement).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical specifications.
- Good understanding of engineering or architectural drawings and terminologies.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and file management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
