Chief Hostel Warden(Ex-Servicemen)

Job description

We are seeking a responsible CHIEF HOSTEL WARDEN for boys hostel (must be an Ex-Service Man) to oversee the welfare, discipline, and daily management of hostel students. The Warden will reside on campus and ensure smooth functioning of hostel life, maintain order and foster a safe and supportive environment for both academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Hostel Management, Student Discipline & Welfare
• Must be Stay within the boys' hostel and be available for Resident Assistants Support, student support and supervision.
• Maintain discipline, order, and safety within the hostel premises.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper functioning of hostel facilities.
• Monitor students' attendance, behavior, and overall well-being.
• Act as a mentor and guide, addressing student issues with fairness and authority.
• Handle emergencies and report to management when required.
• Liaise with faculty/management regarding students' performance and discipline.
• Maintain records of hostel occupancy, student movements, and disciplinary matters.
• Implement hostel policies and regulations as directed by management.
• Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth hostel operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be an Ex-Service Man
• Graduate in any degree/discipline (Must be an Ex-Service Man).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in hostel/student management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and counseling skills.
• Ability to handle adolescent/young adult students with patience and authority.
• Must be disciplined, reliable, and committed to student development.
