We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Female Coordinator 3 to 5 years with a strong Communication with business mindset to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth coordination between teams, and drive business efficiency. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks while supporting the organization's growth and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily office, administrative, and operational activities.
  • Strong Communication and fluency important
  • Act as the central point of contact between management, staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Organize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify business opportunities, suggest improvements, and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Ensure projects and initiatives are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and scheduling with efficiency.
  • Uphold a professional image of the company at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Business-minded with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business software/tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-focused personality.
