Position: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative and strategically driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage our digital presence, social media strategy, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, an eye for design, and a deep understanding of digital trends, SEO, and branding.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Strategy & Management

  2. Plan and execute monthly social media calendars for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn.

  3. Develop engaging content, captions, and creatives to boost brand visibility and engagement.

  4. Analyze and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth).

  5. Content Creation & Copywriting

  6. Write SEO-optimized blogs, LinkedIn articles, website content, and landing page copy.

  7. Develop content for email and WhatsApp marketing, brochures, and print collaterals.

  8. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and business objectives.

  9. Brand Building & Digital Campaigns

  10. Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns for brand awareness, product launches, and events.

  11. Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize visually compelling campaigns.

  12. Monitor competitor activity and emerging digital trends to keep the brand relevant.

  13. SEO & Online Presence Management

  14. Research keywords and optimize all content for search engine visibility.

  15. Improve the organic ranking of company websites and drive traffic through quality content.

  16. Build connections and engagement through professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.

  17. Creative Coordination & Team Collaboration

  18. Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to plan themes and content direction.

  19. Oversee and maintain consistency across all brand communication channels (online & offline).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content writing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and content marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in using platforms like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (preferred).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
