Flutter Developer
who can bring creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to our mobile app team.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.    Application Development

·      Design and develop high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.

·      Implement clean architecture and state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).

·      Write scalable, maintainable, and modular code.

2.    UI/UX Implementation

·      Convert UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect mobile apps.

·      Ensure responsive layouts that adapt to different devices and screen sizes.

·      Work closely with designers to refine animations, transitions, and overall user experience.

3.    Integration & Backend Communication

·      Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, or third-party SDKs.

·      Handle real-time data sync, offline storage, and caching.

·      Implement authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth).

4.    Testing & Debugging

·      Write unit tests and widget tests to ensure reliability.

·      Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks, crashes, and bugs.

·      Ensure apps meet App Store and Play Store compliance guidelines.

5.    Performance Optimization

·      Optimize apps for speed, memory usage, and responsiveness.

·      Implement best practices for lazy loading, API throttling, and efficient data handling.

·      Monitor and improve app stability & crash analytics (Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry).

6.    Collaboration & Project Management

·      Work with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features on time.

·      Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

·      Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

7.    Deployment & Maintenance

·      Manage builds, releases, and deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

·      Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and testing.

·      Provide post-release support, monitoring app performance and user feedback.

8.    Continuous Learning & Innovation

·      Stay updated with new Flutter releases, Dart improvements, and mobile
app trends.

·      Experiment with new libraries, tools, and frameworks to enhance development speed.

·      Suggest process improvements and best practices to improve team efficiency.

Education:

·      Bachelor's or master's in computer science, or related field.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· –3 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.

·       Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter frameworks.

·       Experience with state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod).

·       Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and security.

·       Experience with Firebase services (Firestore, Push Notifications, Crashlytics).

·       Knowledge of Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

·       Exposure to
native Android (Kotlin/Java)
or
iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
development.

·       Experience with
GraphQL, AWS Amplify, or other backend services
.

·       Familiarity with
DevOps tools
for automated testing and deployment.
