Senior Hair Stylist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Hairstylist to join our team. The role requires expertise in advanced haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and client consultation. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while also mentoring junior stylists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments as per client requirements.
• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their needs and suggest suitable hairstyles, treatments, or products.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the salon at all times.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Mentor, guide, and support junior stylists/assistants.
• Upsell and recommend hair care products, spa services, or treatments.
• Handle VIP clients and ensure a luxury salon experience.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in excellent condition.
• Assist in training sessions, workshops, and salon promotional events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional hairstyling experience.
• Diploma/Certification in Hairdressing/Cosmetology from a recognized institute.
• Strong expertise in advanced haircutting, coloring techniques, keratin, smoothening, and styling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative flair with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Team player with leadership qualities.
