07The Team: S&P Global Market Intelligence Private Equity Traditional and Alternative dataset is involved in acquiring and managing data pertaining to profiling of Investment Firms/Financial Buyers, Investment Funds, Institutional Investors, Investment Managers, Family Office, Insurance and their associated Investment Professionals.
The Impact: You will be responsible for handling data quality workflows for Private Equity, Investment Management Profiles, Money Market Directories and Analyst Profiling datasets. You will be working closely with product management, client support, data management and data operations to provide superior data quality and enrich customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Responsible to perform accuracy check on various data points collected by data collection team.
Analyze error trends and root causes of opportunity areas to drive quality improvement ideas.
Troubleshoot problems or issues and provide support to the Operations team
Increase learning by accomplishing Learning Xchange & LinkedIn Learning modules as well as modules for policy compliance
Innovate and drive process excellence initiatives or projects for enriching quality of datasets
Deliver on expected productivity and timeliness targets.
Solution Oriented Thoughtprocess and zeal to upskilling
Red flag any area which can impact the BAU.
Identify client errors trend and strive for reducing client feedback
Take complete ownership of process quality and liaise with multiple teams in order to resolve the issues
Manage workflow of data quality independently.
Proactively looking for areas to improve overall client experience.
Proactively looking for procedure/ audit suggestions.
Assist in on-going projects, and in any UAT being conducted by adhering to timeliness, accuracy and excellence.
What we are looking for:
1-3 years of experience in financial services/investment management
Expert knowledge of Private Markets dataset specifically on Firm, Professional and Fund Profiling.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset and strong in logical reasoning
Client first focus and mindset
Product knowledge of Capital IQ & Capital IQ Pro/Xpressfeed will be desirable
Technical acumen on tools such as 'Spark Assist', 'GEN AI', 'SQL' and 'Python' would be added advantage
Flexible to adapt to various work environments.
Flexible with Shift Timings
Basic Qualifications:
Education – Graduate/postgraduate in finance/MBA
Proficiency of MS Excel
Sound knowledge of technical skills, such as SQL (Sequel)
Basic Knowledge of Lean concepts is desirable.
