Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Kasna, Site-4, Greater Noida

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (In-Hand)

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team for creatives and marketing assets.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Manage social media pages and engage with followers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
