Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Partner with sales leadership to understand role requirements, business priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach).
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring timely feedback and smooth candidate experience.
  • Negotiate offers, close candidates, and ensure successful onboarding in collaboration with HR Ops.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports for leadership review.
  • Drive initiatives for employer branding and talent pipeline building, especially for sales hiring.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales hiring (B2B/B2C hiring preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales roles, metrics, and performance-driven hiring.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other modern tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS.
