Responsibilities – Design Engineer at Conquiron Watches

  1. Design watch cases, dials, hands, and other components that match Conquiron's style and technical requirements.
  2. Develop accurate 3D models and detailed drawings for production and prototyping.
  3. Select appropriate materials that ensure durability, precision, and a premium finish.
  4. Work with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.
  5. Communicate effectively in English; knowing Tamil is a plus when working with team members, suppliers, and manufacturers.
  6. Identify and solve design challenges, working closely with the team to achieve high-quality results.

Qualifications:

Skills:

  1. Proficiency in CAD software like
    SolidWorks
    ,
    AutoCAD
    , or
    Fusion 360
    for creating 3D models and technical drawings.
  2. Experience with simulation tools for stress analysis, movement fitting, and durability testing.
  3. Knowledge of version control tools like
    Git
    to manage design files and revisions.
  4. Familiarity with design collaboration platforms like
    Onshape
    ,
    GrabCAD
    , or other cloud-based tools.
  5. Ability to use rendering and visualization software to present designs realistically.
  6. Understanding of

    to integrate designs with manufacturing processes.
