Power Programmer

As a Power Programmer at the Global Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in building a team of Full Stack Developers. Your primary responsibility will be to work on intricate engineering projects, develop platforms, and create marketplaces for clients using the latest technologies. You will be expected to stay updated on technology trends, continuously upskill yourself, and be proficient in various programming languages. Your role as a Power Programmer will require you to be a proactive problem solver, dedicated to resolving challenges faced by end customers. You will spend a significant amount of time designing, coding, and contributing to technology-driven projects from end to end. Following an Agile development approach, you will deliver solutions with minimal system requirements. Collaboration with other Power Programmers, engagement with the Open Source community, and participation in Tech User groups will be essential components of your role. You will be actively involved in custom development of new platforms and solutions, working on large-scale digital platforms, and participating in complex engineering projects that utilize cloud-native architecture. As a Power Programmer, you will have the opportunity to work with prestigious Fortune 500 companies, explore cutting-edge technologies, co-create new products and platforms for clients. Your engagement in Open Source projects and continuous upskilling in the latest technology domains will be strongly encouraged. Additionally, you will contribute to incubating tech user groups to promote a culture of innovation and learning within the organization.,
