Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Hybris and a strong understanding of Crew Management and Fleet Management systems within the cruise industry. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Hybris solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs translating them into functional specifications.
  • Oversee the design and development of system enhancements ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP Hybris with existing systems facilitating smooth data flow and process automation.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of system functionalities identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for system processes configurations and user guides to support ongoing operations.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower end-users with the knowledge and skills needed to utilize the system effectively.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to optimize functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and support business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining data integrity and security.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of SAP Hybris and its application in business processes.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Have experience in Crew Management and Fleet Management systems within the cruise industry.
  • Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality results that align with business objectives.
