We are hiring an AutoCAD Designer with hands-on experience in façade and elevation works, including ACP cladding, glazing, WPC, HPL, and aluminum systems.

This role is NOT suitable for general AutoCAD designers without relevant façade experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and "to-go" drawings for façade and elevation systems (ACP, glazing, MS, aluminum, etc.).
  • Develop precise 2D AutoCAD drawings based on architectural, structural, and consultant inputs.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure drawings reflect site conditions and technical requirements.
  • Revise and update drawings based on consultant feedback and site variations.
  • Maintain version control and proper documentation for all projects.
  • Assist in BOQ take-offs and material requirement estimations from drawings.
  • Provide technical drawing support during project execution.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Diploma/Degree in Civil, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in façade or elevation drafting is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (3D is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of cladding systems, glazing details, and façade engineering standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Preferred Attributes:Experience working with façade contractors.
  • Knowledge of CNC cutting drawings and material optimization.
  • Willingness to visit project sites for measurements and coordination.
