Pool Guard

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pool Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain the pool area, including cleaning and sanitizing the pool and surrounding areas.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests by monitoring the pool and responding to any emergencies or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance, repairs, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality guest experiences.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve pool efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pool Guard or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, safety protocols, and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
