*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, generating leads, and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services.

2. Generate leads and convert them into sales.

3. Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals.

4. Build rapport with customers and provide them with product information.

5. Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.

6. Update CRM software with accurate customer data and call outcomes.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

*Requirements:*

1. Good communication skills in (Tamil)

2. Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles

3. Ability to work in a team environment

4. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

5. Proficiency in CRM software

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

*Preferred Qualifications:*

1. Experience in telesales/telemarketing

2. Knowledge of industry-specific products/services
