Job Description:As a principal consultant you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycleYou will be intensely involved in you will define the problem propose and refine the solutionYou will also play an important role in the development configuration and deployment of the overall solutionYou will guide teams on project processes deliverables and contribute to the proposal development client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scopeYou will have the opportunity to shape value adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscapeKey Responsibilities:15 years of experience in S4 Fashion or SAP AFS or SAP FMS in the Finance modulesS4 Fashion or SAP AFS or SAP FMS Rollout or implementation experience is requiredS4 Fashion Rollout or implementation or Data migration will be considered as an added advantageFSCM knowledge will be an advantageAt least 8 years hands on functional CONFIGURATION experience with SAP FI CO modulesFI module components including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Banks including integration and TreasuryCO module components including Cost Centers Internal Orders Product Costing including BOMs and Routings Profitability Analysis COPA Manufacturing Variances and Settlements and Profit CentersExtensive experience with FI CO integration with other process modules including Sales and Distribution SD Materials Management MMKnowledge on S4 is a must including the new Finance structures and Account based COPAGood knowledge of standard FICO FIORI Apps and able to work with developers to build custom apps based on FIORI design principlesTransfer business requirements into functional specification and take it through complete life cycle of development from blueprint to go live starting with identification of gapsImpact analysis on existing markets with solution proposed for gapsExperience in interface development in areas of order booking and delivery processingClear understanding of master data and dependency on MM and SD pertaining to S4 or AFSABAP debugging skills will be an added advantageUnderstanding business requirementExperience in leading workshops related to business discussionsAbility to guide consultants in S4 Fashion FICO and co ordinate with teams in remote locationsCoordinate with multiple parties of business and other teams like WMS TIBCO XI DevelopmentShould have Hands on experience in Preparing project charter Scope document Business process study Requirement analysis Gap Identification Business Blueprint Process Mapping Configuration Functional and Technical Specifications Document Test Case Document Training Presentation Conf Guide and User ManualTechnical Requirements:Multiple S4 Fashion implementation roll outs and data migrationWorked in multicultural international environment across several geographiesCertification in S4 FinanceBesides the professional qualifications of the candidate we place great importance in addition to various forms of personality profileThese includeHigh analytical skillsA high degree of initiative and flexibilityHigh customer orientationHigh quality awarenessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Skills:Technology->SAP Functional->SAP Controlling,Technology->SAP Functional->SAP Finance,Technology->SAP Industry Solution->SAP AFS,Technology->SAP Industry Solution->SAP FMS
