We are seeking a skilled and experienced Driver cum Supervisor to join our team at Industrial Security Solutions, Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving a four-wheeler vehicle to transport guests and supervise facility manpower.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive a four-wheeler vehicle safely and efficiently to transport guests to and from various locations

  • Supervise facility manpower, including housekeeping, maintenance, and other support staff

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain a clean and organized environment

  • Create and manage facility manpower schedules, rosters, and assignments

  • Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to facility management

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and internal stakeholders

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Valid four-wheeler driving license

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a driver or in a similar role

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic knowledge of facility management and supervision

  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role

  • Knowledge of local routes and geography

  • Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹20,300.86 per month
