Role Overview – Team Leader (Operations)

We are looking for a
Senior Operations Team Leader
with strong experience in managing diverse operations teams. This role will lead multiple internal teams and processes, ensuring smooth execution, high performance, and excellent client coordination.

You will lead two major verticals:

E-Commerce Operations

You will oversee our e-commerce division and ensure seamless operations for goods sold via marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations
  • Oversee logistics, order fulfilment, and repeat-order generation
  • Recruit & train team members
  • Maintain MIS reports and operational dashboards
  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders

Health Coaches & Helpdesk Teams

This includes managing Doctors, Dieticians, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, and the outbound helpdesk team focused on user engagement and service utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and monitor health coaches & outbound calling teams
  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Conduct training sessions for skill improvement
  • Recruit team members & manage workforce planning
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure successful program delivery

Requirements

Minimum
2 years of experience
in operations

Background in
healthcare sales, insurance, wellness, or digital engagement
preferred

Strong skills in
team leadership, communication, negotiation, client management & problem-solving

Proven track record of meeting operational targets

Ability to manage recruitment and performance across multiple functions
