Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiatic and motivated MBA graduates/freshers to join our team as telecaller interns. This role involves interacting with potential customers, explaing products/services and assisting in lead generation and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.

Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain client databases.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Achieve daily/weekly call conversion targets.

Provide feedback to the sales/marketing team on customer needs and market trends.

Requirements:

MBA(any specialization).

0-2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service/sales(freshers are welcome).

Good communication Skills in English and local language.

Strong interpersonal and convincing Skills.

Ability to work in a team and handle targets.

Basic computer knowledge(MS Office/CRM tools preferred).
