Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver structured training modules on:
  • Dotnet Fullstack (React / Angular)
  • Java Fullstack (React / Angular)
  • Dotnet Standard & Java Standard
  • Mainframe Technologies
  • RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
  • AI/ML/Generative AI & OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
  • V&V Automation Testing (SDET)
  • Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands-on lab sessions to upskill learners.
  • Create training materials, assessments, and certification pathways.
  • Mentor trainees on real-world projects, coding practices, and debugging.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.
  • Continuously update content to reflect industry trends and evolving technologies.
  • Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in software development or testing.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies
