About the Role:

Were looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Code Engineer to join our engineering team and take a leading role in designing, building, and optimizing high-performance software systems. Youll be responsible for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the architectural decisions that shape our products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Design & Development:

  • Design and develop robust, efficient, and scalable software components and applications.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring high code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Architecture & Technical Leadership:

  • Collaborate with architects and product owners to define technical solutions and system architecture.
  • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies during design and development phases.
  • Advocate for code standards, CI/CD practices, and testing strategies across the engineering team.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, UX, Product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Prior involvement in large-scale distributed systems or high-availability applications.
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Contributions to open-source projects or personal technical blog is a plus.
  • Strong debugging, profiling, and performance-tuning skills.
