Job Role and Responsibilities:

Communication & Relationship Building:

  • Engage with target audiences to build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.

Marketing & Campaign Management:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, advertising strategies, direct marketing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support initiatives to create tie-ups with educational institutions.
  • Support the sales team as instructed by the Head of the Department.

Event Coordination:

  • Organize and conduct a minimum of 25 seminars in schools and colleges.
  • Schedule appointments and obtain necessary permissions from institutions for events and seminars.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management review.
  • Report activities and outcomes to appropriate internal authorities.

Student Advisory:

  • Provide career guidance and counseling to students during seminars and outreach programs.
