Roles & Responsibilities:

● Maintain applications post live by monitoring availability, and overall system health.

● Help in operational Tasks of troubleshooting, debugging and documentation.

● Support in ongoing development by making required changes on the Infra Scripting side.

● Closely working with the Tech Team to have a complete understanding of flow and architecture.

● Identify risks, responsiveness, and work with a sense of urgency plus work within a team or independently.

● Following CIS benchmarks and tuning of Network and Software to increase performance.

● Interact with cross-team for supported applications. Minimum Qualifications:

●
2-4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps Practices and UNIX/ Linux System administration.

● Hands-on experience in AWS services and AWS DevOps tools (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS etc.)

● Experience with AWS EKS concepts (Nodes, Namespace, Containers, Pods).

● Experience in Monitoring/Alerting Framework like ELK, APM, Grafana, Prometheus etc.

● Expertise in Shell and Python Scripting.

● Expertise in using build tools like Maven for the building of deployable artefacts.

● Hands-on experience in Build Release management, setting up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Artifactory.

● Experience working with Ansible and Terraform for Infrastructure as a code.

● Experience in using Docker components like Docker Engine, Hub, Docker Registry, handling Docker images primarily for middleware installations and domain configurations.

Good to Have:

● Good to have experience with Messaging Queues (Kafka preferred).

● Good to have experience with Redis Caching.

● Experience with a version control system (GIT preferred) preferred Technical and Professional Expertise.
