Job Description:

As a
full-time Senior Merchandiser at Tarun Textiles,
you will manage end-to-end merchandising processes, including collaborating with clients to understand requirements, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of orders. You will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies, maintaining quality standards, and fostering strong client relationships.
This on-site position is based in Kanpur, U.P.
and involves ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, monitoring production progress, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Should have worked majorly in athleisure and active wear.

Qualifications & Key Skills Sets:

• Should possess
  6+ years
  of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively manage client relationships and collaborate with teams.
• Proficiency in Sales, Retail, and Marketing to identify opportunities, understand market trends, and drive brand partnerships.
• Ability to manage projects, ensure delivery timelines, and maintain industry standards in product development.
• Previous experience in merchandising or apparel manufacturing is advantageous.
• Problem-solving capabilities, organizational skills, and an eye for detail.

Compensation: It will be commensurate with the past experience, skills sets and last salary drawn.
