Role Description

The Jewelry Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selling their jewelry, providing guidance and accurate evaluations, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering a welcoming and trustworthy environment. The Consultant will also manage transactions, explain evaluation processes, and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the gold-selling experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and address their needs.
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and building trust with clients through professional and empathetic interactions.
  • Proficiency in Retail Sales and the ability to provide recommendations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Knowledge of Jewelry Design and valuation principles is an asset.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in handling transactions, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
