We are looking for a Procurement Executive with 2–3 years of relevant domain experience (preferably SAP end user). The role 
requires good communication skills with minimal or no mother tongue influence, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. 
Responsibilities include vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and record maintenance. Willingness to travel to client sites 
or relocate to any office location is essential. 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in vendor evaluation and quotation analysis 

• Create and manage purchase requisitions and orders. 

• Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with vendors. 

• Maintain procurement documentation and records. 

• Support in vendor negotiations and cost comparisons. 

• Liaise with internal departments for procurement planning. 

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and budgets. 

• Prepare procurement reports and track material status. 

• Research new vendors and market pricing trends. 

 Required Skills: 

• 0 – 1 years preferably as an SAP end user experience
