Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective learners and share course information
  • Follow scripts and maintain professionalism during calls
  • Update call details and maintain accurate records
  • Assist learners with queries and guide them through the enrollment process
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
  • Laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
