Role : One Identity Developer & Support

Location: Bangalore / Pune / Gurgaon

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced and passionate 1IM SMEs with strong hands-on expertise in Quest One Identity Manager to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. This role involves building, configuring, and integrating identity management solutions while working closely with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and configure Quest One Identity Manager (1IM) environments
  • Automate processes using scripts and develop reusable components
  • Integrate 1IM with target systems like Active Directory, Office 365, SAP, LDAP, etc.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot issues

Required Technical Skills:

  • hands-on experience with Quest One Identity Manager
  • Proficiency in tools like Manager, Designer/Web Designer, Object Browser, Data Importer, Job Queue Info, Transporter, Quest Quick Connect

  • Experience integrating at least one of the following systems:

  • Active Directory, Office 365, Relational Databases, WebServices, Mainframes, LDAP, Lotus Notes, SAP/PeopleSoft, IDaaS Applications

  • Strong SQL skills (2+ years): Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, complex queries

  • VB.Net experience (2+ years)
  • Scripting experience: Perl, VBScript, JavaScript, Batch scripts

  • Quick learner with a passion for technology
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Good understanding of network components, SDLC (Waterfall & Agile), and change management
  • Familiarity with Windows server-level commands

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience in a developer role
  • Exposure to international client projects
  • Experience in post-production deployment support
  • WebUI customization and UNS table integration
