Role Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Web Designer to join our growing GCC team. The ideal candidate blends strong visual design skills with a keen understanding of user experience and modern web aesthetics. You will work closely with developer teams to create engaging, intuitive, and high-performing digital experiences for global brands.

Key Responsibilities

Design & UI/UX

  • Create visually stunning, user-friendly website layouts, landing pages, and digital interfaces.
  • Translate brand guidelines into cohesive web experiences.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Ensure intuitive navigation, smooth interactions, and responsive design across devices.


Web Production

  • Work with developers to convert designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready outputs.
  • Optimize graphics, icons, and design assets for fast load times and performance.
  • Collaborate to maintain consistent design systems and component libraries.


User Experience & Optimization

  • Conduct user research, A/B tests, and usability reviews to inform design decisions.
  • Apply UX best practices to improve engagement, clarity, and conversion.
  • Ensure web designs follow accessibility standards (WCAG) and are cross-browser compatible.


Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with cross-functional teams on requirements, sprint planning, and feedback cycles.
  • Maintain design documentation, style guides, and version control.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency with
    Figma

    Photoshop

    Illustrator
    , or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of
    UI/UX principles
    , layout design, typography, color theory.
  • Experience designing for
    responsive web
    , mobile-first layouts, and grid systems.
  • Knowledge of
    HTML/CSS basics
    to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Familiarity with
    CMS platforms
    (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.).
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive flows.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
