We are seeking an experienced Senior React Native Lead to architect, build, and deliver AI-ready, scalable mobile applications for both iOS and Android. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can guide in-house and outsourced teams, drive adoption of AI-powered development tools, and create mobile experiences that feel truly native in performance and design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and deliver scalable mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage in-house and outsourced development teams, ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Translate business and product requirements into pixel-perfect, high-performance mobile experiences.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-powered developer tools (e.g., Copilot, v0, AI-based testing, performance profiling).
  • Implement and manage state using Redux Toolkit, MobX, or Zustand.
  • Integrate advertising solutions using Google Mobile Ads SDK, AdMob, GAM, and Firebase.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Optimize application performance, enforce mobile security best practices, and maintain high-quality, maintainable code.

Must-Have Skills

  • Deep expertise in React Native and TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of state management (Redux, MobX, Zustand) and core RN libraries (react-navigation, Firebase).
  • Hands-on experience with Native Modules / Turbo Modules (Java, Swift).
  • Advanced debugging skills using Hermes/JSC and native profiling tools.
  • Experience building and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines, and deploying via Google Play Console and Apple App Store.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
  • Solid understanding of mobile security best practices (OWASP Mobile Top 10, encryption, OAuth 2.0).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with on-device AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow Lite, CoreML, or similar.
  • Exposure to AdTech and Programmatic Advertising, including IAB standards, consent management, and header bidding.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
