We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) to join our healthcare team. As a Staff Nurse (ANM), you will be responsible for providing basic nursing care, maternal and child health services, and supporting public health initiatives. Your role will be crucial in delivering effective care and promoting health within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Assist doctors and senior nurses in patient care, treatments, and procedures.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and maintain accurate medical records.
- Support maternal and child health services, including antenatal and postnatal care.
- Conduct immunization programs and health education sessions.
- Assist in deliveries and newborn care, if required.
- Participate in community outreach programs and home visits as needed.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and infection control practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ANM certification from a recognized nursing institution.
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of nursing care, first aid, and public health.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Willingness to travel within the community for outreach programs (if applicable).
