Accounts Assistant

Job Type: Full-time (On-SIte)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong skills in Excel and Miracle Accounting Software, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers, and supporting financial documents.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Support audit, taxation, and compliance processes.
  • Generate MIS reports and maintain financial records.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting entries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (preferred).
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with Miracle Accounting Software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
