Job Summary:

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Data Scientist with strong communication skills and a passion for building advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in deep learning, computer vision, generative AI, and prompt engineering, with proven domain experience in supply chain or healthcare or IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of AI/ML models from problem definition to deployment in production.
  • Design and implement solutions using deep learning, computer vision, generative AI (GenAI), RAG, and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Work on time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling tasks.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to build scalable and impactful data science solutions.
  • Translate complex technical findings into business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic planning of AI/ML capabilities.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in model development and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Master's/Ph.D. from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data science and applied machine learning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Deep understanding of CNNs, Transformers, LLMs, and multimodal architectures.
  • Hands-on experience in Computer Vision (image segmentation, object detection, OCR, etc.).
  • Expertise in Generative AI, including prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Experience in Time Series Modeling using statistical and deep learning techniques.
  • Experience working in either Supply Chain or Healthcare domain is mandatory.
  • Proficient in communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ML Ops tools (MLFlow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with data engineering workflows (ETL, feature stores, data pipelines).
  • Publications or patents in relevant AI/ML fields are a plus.Role & responsibilities
