Integration Architect, FinTech

Role Description:The Integrations Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end Integrations technology solutions that align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and enterprise IT standards. This role bridges the gap between Integrations domain experts, technology teams (product and engineering), and other Finance domain architects to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient Integrations solutions.Key Job Responsibilities and DutiesStrategizeDevelop Integrations solution architecture strategy in alignment with the Business goalsManages a multi-layer/multi-technological Integrations architecture governance: develops, communicates and ensures adherence to architecture processes, principles, policies and standards for the enterpriseAccountable for the implementation of Integrations architecture roadmap for designated product tracks, in or outside the Financial platform (SAP S/4)Design and document scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture for integration solutions, with emphasis on real-time data exchange, system reliability, and compliance (e.g. GDPR, SOX, DORA)Brings deep expertise in API-led integration, iPaaS platforms, message queues (e.g., Kafka), and Convergent Meditation technologiesEnsure architectural alignment with the ERP ecosystem, data models, and governance standards, translating complex interfacing requirements into architectural viewsInnovateIdentify emerging technologies that can enable the overall business architectureContribute to the development of proof of concepts or prototypesStay up to date with evolving Integration services and patterns to govern a regulated environment and ensure solutions support complianceArchitectDefine development guidelines and standards to be utilized in Integrations capabilities, in collaboration with other Finance domainsAnalyze the current IT ecosystem architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvements, in terms of Integrations patternsDefine transition steps and strategy from the current to the future architectureAnalyze high-level feasibility of business requirements concerning Integrations solutionsDefine the conceptual and detailed architecture for the development of Integrations and oversee the evolution of that architecture as the platform is deployed across the entire organizationDevelop and maintain IT ecosystem Integrations architecture models, processes and documentationDeliverIdentify system requirements for ERP and non-ERP interfacesReview requirements across multiple Integration solutions and develops models that span applications and domainsContribute to the identification of opportunities (processes, people) to improve project delivery and/or development methodologies.Technology, Craft & Deliver[3+] years specifically in Finance-related technology projects & solutions[5+] years of relevant working experience designing and architecting Integrations solutionsDeep understanding of integration technologies and protocols: REST, SOAP, GraphQL, JSON, XML, JMS, FTP, SFTPExperience with middleware / iPaaS platforms: MuleSoft, BTP, Convergent MediationKnowledge of API management, service mesh, and event-driven platforms (e.g. Kafka)Familiarity with cloud-native integration patterns in AWS (Amazon), Azure (Microsoft), or GCP (Google).Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy in regulated environmentsStrong communicator: able to build a strong network within the organization, trusted adviser for stakeholdersExperience with high volume transactional flow > 1B/dayHands on experience with modern Cloud native architecture like serverless,scale up and out, EKS, CBA is a plusJob location is Bangalore
