Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting, selling, and expanding the company's range of mobile accessories across retail stores, distributors, and corporate clients. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for mobile accessories (chargers, earphones, cases, screen guards, etc.).
  • Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, distributors, and partners to promote products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retailers/distributors.

Product Promotion & Merchandising

  • Ensure proper product display, branding, and merchandising at retail stores.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits to customers.
  • Monitor competitor products, prices, and market trends.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Provide after-sales support and address client queries or concerns.

Order Management & Reporting

  • Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payment collections.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for stock availability.

Market Expansion

  • Explore new geographical areas for business expansion.
  • Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Education: Graduate/12th Pass (preferred background in Sales, Marketing, or Business).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in mobile accessories, FMCG, consumer electronics, or retail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of mobile accessories and consumer electronics market.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
