Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Maharashtra, India. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, meet sales targets, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include mentoring and guiding the sales team, analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and significant leadership to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and Territory Management
  • Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and maintaining client relations
  • Effective Team Leadership and ability to develop and mentor members
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Planning abilities to achieve organizational goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the veterinary, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Veterinary Sciences, or a related field
