Role Designation: Senior Project Manager

Mandatory Competencies:

  • Proven experience in Insurance Domain, with strong exposure to Life & Annuities.
  • Experience in Policy Administration System (PAS) conversion projects.
  • Strong background in New Product Implementation Projects.
  • Expertise in defining and implementing Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Design, and Execution.
  • Solid experience in Test Automation initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), testing techniques, and best practices.
  • Skilled in test planning, organizational management, and high attention to detail.
  • Experience in Test Data Management for different test regions/environments and maintaining test beds.
  • Hands-on experience in Functional, System, Integration, and Database Testing.
  • Experience testing Web Applications, Web Services, and BI Reports.
  • Capability to identify automation opportunities for productivity improvement and effort reduction.
  • Strong understanding of project priorities and deadlines, with effective stakeholder communication.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams towards project goals and uphold organizational values.
  • Expertise in Risk Identification, Mitigation Planning, and Contingency Handling.
  • Experience in Defect Management and Test Metrics Reporting.
  • Awareness of Performance Testing and Security Testing practices.
  • Excellent Business Communication skills with the ability to articulate problems and solutions clearly.
  • Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent with 8+ years of testing experience.

Good to Have Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Mobile Testing and Cloud Testing concepts.
  • Prior experience with automation testing tools; TOSCA preferred.
  • Understanding of CMMI or similar software quality frameworks.
