Job Summary:

We have two exciting entry-level positions available: Corporate Trainer and Digital Marketing Executive. As a fresher, you will receive hands-on training to equip you with the skills needed for these roles. Your performance during the interview will determine your placement into one of the two positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Trainer:

• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Help create training materials and resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback.
• Support employees in their learning and development journey.

Digital Marketing Executive:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Help manage social media accounts and online presence.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends.
• Support content creation and marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent (recent graduates are welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills.
• Basic understanding of corporate training or digital marketing concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
