We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Executive with hands-on expertise in Zoho and Odoo to lead end-to-end implementation projects across various business functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, user training, and post-implementation support. The role also involves coordinating with technical teams and managing project timelines to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implementation & Configuration


• Implement and configure Zoho (Books, Inventory, CRM, People, Projects, etc.) and Odoo (Accounting, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Projects, etc.) based on business requirements.


• Set up Chart of Accounts, tax configurations, fiscal periods, multi-currency, and other finance-specific settings.


• Configure modules, workflows, approval hierarchies, user roles, access rights, and automation rules.

  1. Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping


• Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with clients.


• Map business processes to system capabilities and propose optimal solutions with minimal customizations.


• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), process flow diagrams, and gap analysis.

  1. Data Migration


• Prepare data templates and collect master & transactional data from clients.


• Perform opening balance migration or historical data migration (Chart of Accounts, AR/AP, Inventory, Orders, etc.).


• Ensure complete data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and successful upload into Zoho/Odoo.

  1. Project Management & Coordination


• Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations, integrations, reports, and automation.


• Track project milestones, maintain implementation plans, and ensure timely delivery.


• Conduct UAT, resolve issues, and ensure smooth Go-Live.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for all ERP project-related communication.

  1. Training & Documentation


• Conduct online and onsite user training, prepare manuals, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documents.


• Lead "Train-the-Trainer" sessions for department heads.


• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• 1–4+ years of hands-on experience in ERP Implementation, especially Zoho and Odoo.


• Strong understanding of finance & accounting processes—Chart of Accounts, taxes, reconciliations, AP/AR, inventory costing, etc.


• Experience with data migration, business process mapping, UAT, and Go-Live support.


• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.


• Experience with ERPNext is a plus.
