  • We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Executive who can manage digital campaigns and also provide continuous marketing and technical support to our network of partner digital marketing agencies.
  • The candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, managing automation tools, optimizing performance, and assisting agency owners in achieving their marketing goals through Spire's software ecosystem.
  • *Key Responsibilities:*
  • * Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • * Create and manage ad creatives, landing pages, and automation flows for lead generation.
  • * Provide daily support and guidance to agency partners regarding campaign setup, targeting, and ad optimization.
  • * Troubleshoot campaign or automation issues faced by agencies and suggest solutions.
  • * Manage CRM systems, pipelines, and WhatsApp follow-ups for agency operations.
  • * Analyze ad performance and share improvement recommendations.
  • * Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams to deliver timely campaign results.
  • * Train new agency owners on digital marketing tools, dashboards, and lead management systems.
  • * Maintain strong communication with all partner agencies and ensure their smooth operation.
  • * Prepare weekly performance and support reports for management.
  • *Required Skills:*
  • * Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM dashboards.
  • * Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, and retargeting.
  • * Proficiency in tools like Canva, ChatGPT, and basic website builders.
  • * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • * Analytical mindset with focus on campaign ROI and conversion tracking.
  • * Ability to train and support multiple agencies simultaneously.
  • * Good command of Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Multiple Digital Platforms: Works across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email, and other relevant channels.

Achieve Measurable Results: Focused on meeting key performance metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions.
