Role & responsibilities

Collaborate closely with a team of NetSuite Administrators to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within NetSuite.

  • Work as part of an Agile team, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to deliver solutions effectively.

  • Develop, customize, and maintain NetSuite configurations and scripts to enhance the functionality and automation of our NetSuite environment.

  • Design, implement, and manage integrations between NetSuite and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.

  • Work closely with our NetSuite Administrators to monitor and troubleshoot issues related to NetSuite and its integrations, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

  • Lead efforts in performing regular system upgrades and optimizations to align with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of NetSuite configurations, scripts, and integrations.

  • Collaborate with end-users and fellow team members to provide technical support and training, ensuring effective utilization of NetSuite.

  • Automate CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) workflows to migrate code and configurations seamlessly.

  • Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in our NetSuite setup, including performance bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and integration challenges.

  • Continuously improve and optimize our NetSuite configurations and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

  • Scope and estimate project efforts accurately, providing valuable input into project planning and resource allocation.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • NetSuite certification(s) are a must

  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer with a strong focus on customizations, scripting, and integrations.

  • Familiarity with NetSuite development tools and capabilities.

  • Extensive experience with integrations, particularly with various external systems.

  • Strong understanding of SQL and database management within the NetSuite environment.

  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating with external systems.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within an Agile team, participating in sprint ceremonies.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

  • Proven track record of identifying opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
