Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Videographer with 5 years of professional experience in video production. This role involves complete ownership of projectsfrom planning and shooting to editing and post-productiondelivering compelling video content for corporate communications, leadership messages, training, events, and social media.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality videos for corporate communications, events, training modules, and social media.
  • Edit raw footage into polished outputs ensuring strong storytelling, brand consistency, and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop impactful video ideas aligned with Crescendo Globals communication strategy.
  • Operate and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment for professional production standards.
  • Stay updated on social media video trends and deliver content tailored to YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Requirements
  • 5 years of proven experience as a Video Editor & Videographer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting setups, and audio recording.
  • Experience in YouTube content creation, short-form content, or brand videos.
  • A creative eye for branding, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
