Key Responsibilities:·

. Design and develop 3D models of

buildings, interiors, and landscape with accurate geometry, textures, and lighting.

· Translate architectural plans, CAD

drawings, or sketches into detailed 3D assets.

· Optimize models for real-time rendering in engines such as 3D Max, Lumion, Unreal Engine.

· Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure visual and structural accuracy.

· Implement interactive features (e.g., walkthroughs, lighting control, door animations).

· Maintain a high standard of visual

quality, performance, and scalability.

· Manage version control, asset libraries, and documentation.

· Keep up with the latest trends and tools in 3D

modeling, visualization, and virtual environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • ITI / Diploma in Architecture / Civil, 3D Design, Computer Graphics or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience with 3D modeling software such as Blender, 3ds Max, or SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of texturing, materials, lighting, and rendering pipelines.
  • Familiarity with game engines (Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Lumion etc.).
  • Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction details.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with BIM software.
  • Familiarity with GIS data and 3D mapping tools.
  • Portfolio showcasing realistic 3D architectural or building models.
