As a Fashion Designer at our boutique (Needlecraft), you will:

  • Welcome and attend to customers visiting the boutique.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable designs, styles, and patterns.
  • Prepare sketches or ideas (if needed) to finalize customer preferences.
  • Note down customer orders accurately, including measurements and specific details.
  • Coordinate with the tailoring/production team to ensure customer orders are executed correctly.
  • Stay updated with current fashion trends to guide customers effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing polite, professional, and attentive service.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only (freshers are welcome).
  • Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Good communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and fashion trends.
  • Friendly, customer-oriented, and eager to learn.
