About the Role

We are looking for a
proactive and results-driven Telecalling & Business Development Manager (BDM)
to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will excel at communication, relationship building, and sales strategy. You will play a key role in generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to discover opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent telecalling and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Experience in
    lead generation, sales, and client management
    .
  • Strong
    research and analytical
    ability to understand market insights.
  • Good organizational and
    time management
    skills with multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work both
    independently and as part of a team
    .
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in
    telecalling, sales, or business development
    is preferred.
