We are looking for a passionate Spring Boot Developer with hands-on experience in Java and MongoDB to join our growing engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services that power high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Java.
  • Integrate and manage data storage solutions using MongoDB.
  • Work closely with front-end developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
  • Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, queries, and performance tuning).
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and JWT-based authentication.
  • Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit or Mockito.
