What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Developer at Priority, you'll play a key role in developing and scaling our platform:

  • Build and own core product features end-to-end alongside the founding team.
  • Design and implement responsive, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Develop secure and scalable backend services using modern frameworks.
  • Integrate with third-party APIs (Google/Outlook Calendar, productivity tools, etc.) to expand platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate on product decisions, contribute to technical architecture, and influence the roadmap.
  • Ensure best practices in performance, maintainability, and code quality through testing and reviews.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a well-rounded developer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and cares deeply about building tools that matter.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and
  • Solid understanding of frontend design principles and strong UI/UX sensibilities.
  • Experience with Git, branching strategies, and collaborative workflows.
  • Ability to work and be responsive during US business hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST).
  • Demonstrated track record of building and deploying web applications (portfolio required).

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

  • Experience working on calendar, productivity, or scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with real-time features (WebSockets, push notifications, live updates).
  • Prior startup experience or contributing to early-stage product development.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Firebase) and CI/CD pipelines.

Compensation

₹50,000 – ₹85,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
