Important: This is not a regular digital marketing role. Candidates with only traditional digital marketing experience should not apply. We need someone who primarily specializes in AI and automation and can use digital marketing tools intelligently through AI systems.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an AI-driven Digital Marketing Expert who can utilize Artificial Intelligence to plan, automate, and optimize digital marketing operations. This role requires a deep understanding of AI tools, automation workflows, and data analytics with the ability to integrate them across campaigns and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute AI-powered strategies for digital marketing automation, targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, HubSpot AI, and Zapier to automate workflows and enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Implement AI in content creation, personalization, CRM, and lead management.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve digital marketing conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with creative and tech teams to integrate AI-driven digital marketing improvements.
  • Continuously explore and test new AI technologies and models for digital marketing use cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in AI-based digital marketing, data automation, or growth operations.
  • Proficiency in AI tools, analytics platforms, and automation systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Ads, and Social Media platforms (AI-driven approach preferred)
  • Strong understanding of data tracking, analytics, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Prompt engineering and AI workflow design knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in automation tools like Zapier, Make, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Knowledge of Python, Power BI, or AI model integration for digital marketing.
  • Background in SaaS or tech environments preferred.
